Meet Our Team
Kevin Morgan is a native of South Florida, growing up in Pompano Beach, FL. After completing college, Kevin worked in a management role at a Fortune 500 company. He later became a director at the world’s largest marine classifieds company, where he managed marketing strategies for major boat dealers and brokers across the United States.
Kevin is a licensed yacht broker in Florida, a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), a 100-ton USCG captain, and PADI open water scuba certified. He is also an avid fisherman and passionate about all things related to water activities.
Rich Murray received his first boat on his 12th birthday and has been passionate about boating ever since. He obtained his captain’s license in 1997 and decided to pursue a career in yachting in 1999. Rich spent much of his career on the service and manufacturing side of the industry, gaining extensive knowledge of the mechanics, structures, and systems of various boats.
After many successful years with a leading Italian yacht builder, and with the support of his wife, Rich founded Nautical Yacht Management in January 2013. Initially, he handled every aspect of the business, from captaining and boat washing to mechanics and maintenance.
Through dedication and hard work, Nautical Yacht Management has grown into a full-service yacht brokerage and management company, now known as Nautical Yacht Group. Rich is proud of the company’s humble beginnings and is especially proud of the team he has built. He looks forward to the continued growth and success of Nautical Yacht Group.
Scott grew up fishing the 10,000 Isles South of Marco Island. A small boat sailing instructor in his teens on Marco beach. He rediscovered his love of sailing and boating while living in San Francisco, sailing out of Sausalito, California.
Scott’s hard work, attention to detail and communication skills lead to success as a Regional Manager, multi-unit restaurant owner and Consultant.
Scott currently holds a USCG 100 ton Masters License and a 50 ton Sailing Masters License.
Scott is a on the Board of Directors of the Vineyard Foundation, serving as Treasurer of the non-profit. He also enjoys volunteering with the Dachshund Rescue of Southeast Florida.
When not on a boat, you’ll find him at the Country Club, sipping a Hendricks and Tonic after his round.
